Terms of Service

1. Agreement and operator
These Terms govern access to Aurelia, a marketing data and measurement service operated by NEO ANALYTICA LTD (company number 16877712), registered at 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE. By creating an account or accepting an invitation, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organisation.
2. The service
Aurelia connects supported data sources, organises data in customer-isolated warehouse datasets, produces analytical models and supports auditable decision records from evidence and approval through implementation and outcome. Dashboards, modelled attribution, forecasts and AI outputs are decision-support tools, not guarantees of commercial performance.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, use only data and systems you are authorised to access, and promptly report suspected compromise. You must not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload or use the service unlawfully, or attempt to access another customer’s data.
4. Customer data and third-party services
You retain ownership of customer data. You authorise Aurelia and its subprocessors to process it only to provide, secure and improve the service. Connections to Stripe, Airbyte, Google Cloud and model providers are also governed by those providers’ terms. You are responsible for ensuring your source-data collection and transfer is lawful.
5. AI and advertising proposals
You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and advertising decisions. Bring-your-own model keys are used for the workspace that supplied them. Aurelia currently records advertising proposals for audit and review but does not execute changes in advertising accounts.
6. Trials, fees and renewal
The selected subscription begins with the trial shown during checkout. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, Stripe charges the saved payment method at the selected monthly or annual cadence. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Taxes may apply. Plan changes and cancellation are managed through the billing portal.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Connectors and third-party APIs may change or become unavailable. We may make reasonable changes to protect security, comply with law or improve the service.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use or material breach. You may cancel through the billing portal. On termination, access ends and customer data is deleted or returned according to our retention process and applicable law.
9. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurelia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit, loss caused by third-party services, or decisions made from analytical or AI output. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
